Hiya.
I recently got this staff, and i have never been good with pricing caster items. Rare skin and pretty good mods (lol, all are off by 1).So here it is... Insightful Ghostly Staff of Fortitude Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Req. 10 Fire Magic) Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (9% Chance) Halves Casting Time of Spells (9% Chance) +4 Energy +29 Health So, whatcha all think? Is it worth much to the public? Thanks ahead of time for any PC !! Enjoy!
